My Mission

To equip social justice leaders and organizations with the strategy, management, and leadership practices to be as effective as possible.

My Theory of Change

If more social justice organizations and leaders had access to effective tools, practices, and support for developing powerful strategies and aligning actions with values, organizations would be better able to achieve their missions, movements would be more successful, and justice and equity in the U.S. would be more likely to be realized.

My Long-Term Strategies

1. Coach social justice leaders for transformational alignment with Self.

2. Consult to progressive organizations to help them develop powerful Strategy Houses through a continuum of support.

3. Offer easy-to-use tools to help organizations and leaders develop better ways to work so that they can focus on dismantling white supremacy instead of dismantling themselves.

4. Convene leaders, staff, coaches, and consultants to develop and spread best practices in the progressive movement.
